Gary The Otter, bedtime story for kids

Once upon a time, there was a mischievous and adventurous otter named Gary. He lived in a cozy den by the river with his family. Gary was always up for an adventure, and his fellow otters knew that wherever he went, there was sure to be some fun. One day, Gary woke up feeling extra adventurous and decided to explore beyond his usual swimming spot. He gathered his friends, and they set off on their journey. As they swam down the river, they encountered a group of beavers who were building a dam. Gary and his friends decided to help the beavers build the dam, and in return, the beavers shared their delicious bark with the otters. Feeling energized by the bark, Gary and his friends continued their journey. As they swam further down the river, they stumbled upon a waterfall. Gary, being the daredevil that he is, decided to slide down the waterfall. His friends were hesitant, but Gary convinced them to join him. As they slid down the waterfall, they encountered a school of fish who were having trouble swimming upstream. Gary and his friends decided to help the fish and created a path for them to follow. In return, the fish gave them a ride on their backs, and the otters were able to swim faster than they ever had before. As the sun began to set, Gary and his friends realized they were far away from home. They quickly made their way back, but not before encountering a group of mischievous raccoons who were up to no good. Gary and his friends were able to outsmart the raccoons and finally made it back to their den, exhausted but exhilarated from their adventure.
